Job Description:
- Establishing the process control paln, critical parameters, process capabitility from first process until goods
- Responsible to control the process quality at production line by auditing system
- Leading and coordinating all resources (training, jis/tools, methods, part system) to improve process quality, and outgoing product quality
- Leading zero defect team activities
- Leading the corrective action and preventive actions for outgoing quality defect or line abnormality
- To manage and leading activities for reduction of repair stock
General requirements:
- Strong will and high spirit attitude for job completion in challenging working environment, strong will to study new things and posses a strong leadership
- Excellent capability to lead the team, and possess an experience in improving yield rate or quality
- Good maturity and independency
- Age 22-26 years old male or female
Education and Experience
- D3 or S1 majority in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronic
- Proofing an excellent working experience as process, quality, or manufacturing engineering in electronic company (min 2 years)
- Experiencing in FMDA/FMEA, 6 sigma, zero defect implementing
- Having knowledge in Toyota Production System in an advantage
