Process Engineer - PerkinElmer Batam
Jobs & responsibilities:
- Monitor process performance indices and establish good control to maintain process performance
- Troubleshoot critical out-of-control situations on existing process and decide on the lot disposition in out-of-spec situation
- Improve qualified process using technical knowledge and quality improvement tool achieved higher yield and better quality
- Work with cross functional team to resolve development &/or product issues
- Ensure productivity improvement through process changes
- Work with equipment engineer to minimize productivity of the equipment
- Start up new equipment process which involve process characterization and development
Requirements:
- Bchelor in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Applied Physics
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in semiconductormanufaturing is required with hands-on experience on semiconductor assembly from saw, die attached to wire bond
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
- Good analytical skill inclusive knowledge of six sigma and lean
