Jobs & Responsibilities:

• Daily support production, to maintain equipment/machine in peak performance
• Perform setup/conversion base on requirement and monitor the performance during mass production
• Troubleshooting/repair on equipment failure include the root-cause analysis to set the Corrective Action/Preventive Action to prevent re-occurance
• Perform the regulary preventive maintenance by the schedule
• Involve in continuous improvement to improve the equipment performance
• Generate the daily shift report related to the

General Requirements:

• Six-Sigma trained or certified will be preferred
• English active both oral and written is a must
• Computer software operation literacy
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Requirement:

• Min Diploma (D3) from Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Strong analytical skill, troubleshooting and hard-working
• Self starter
• Able to work in rotating shift
• At least 2 years working in manufacturing field (semiconductor or electronic component)
• Have an experience in Die Attach/wire bonder machine will be an advantage
• Understood PLC program
