PT. PANASONIC SHIKOKU ELECTRONICS BATAM is seeking candidates with general requirement who have excellent work attitude & strong interpersonal skill, efficient & self-motivated person, strong character and hardworking person, able to speak english both oral and written, computer literate (MS Office) for the following position:

Shift Process Engineer (SPE)

Requirements:

• S1 or D3 degree in electronic or mechanical engineering
• Maximum 28 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience in electronic manufacturing company
• Preferable knowledge in optical physic and understand optical head technology
• Understand basic statistic and able to practise SPC system for process performance monitoring
• Understand PDCA concept and practise analysis of defect for yield improvement
