Sales Engineer for Industrial Adhesives & Tape Division - Batam (SE-IATD)

The incumbent will be respondsible to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Tape & Adhesive Product to mainly Industrial Market. In addition, he/she also has to work with distributors to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business with minimum of 2 years selling experience
• Computer literate
• Good command in English for both verbal and written is an advantage.
• Result orientated person, self-driven, aggressive and highly motivated individual.
• Good Presentation and communication skills
• The applicants should be Batam Local Resident. Non-Batam Local Residens will be treated as local hire.
