ASSOCIATE ENGINEER
(test engineer)

Responsibility:
To prepare of test jigs and support FGR and pilot shop schedule; Design new jig to improve existing jig with fast test cycle time, more test coverage, and cost saving; Update hardware and software to fulfill jig test parameter appropriate with test alignment procedure and product specs. Conduct 5S on work areas, preventive maintenance for pilot run line.

Requirements:

  • Degree in electronics
  • Minimum 2 years experience with related job
  • Knowledge in programming software language (Visual C++, Visual Basic, LabWindows, LABVIEW is prefered
  • Knowledge in RF, analog & digital circuit design, serial communication, GPIB, ATMEL PIC/microcontroller
  • Good communication skills and able to work in multi disciplined environment

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:
To run production and ensure quality and quantity are met in order to fulfill back-end consumption based on DDS; To motivates a team of operators, machine setters & lead girls to achieve set goal; Leases with planner, purchaser, process engineers, maintenance technicians & engineers, OQC, IPQC & other supporting department to achieve set goals; To train new operators & machine setters;To control absenteeism & turnover to achieve production efficiency; Control WIP & over consumption of materials to meet target.

Requirements:
  • Male & Degree in electronics/electrical
  • Minimum 2 years experience in electronic manufacturing and supervisory level
  • Good communication skill in English Language
