Jobs & Responsibilities:

  • First level application support for all deployed application in Batam.
  • Maintaining PerkinElmer Application legacy Homegrown Application/Intranet/Extranet/Portal.
  • Plans for regular web development and updates of web pages to maintain timeless of data.
  • Work closely with end-users to deliver improvements to current web system, application specific training and first-line support.
  • Work very closely with application development team in Singapore to collect requirement data for new application development, proper escalation of unresolved technical issues and documentation of support activities.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge with Application Development Life Cycle (Preferably knowledge in ASP.NET, VB.NET /C#) 2003/2005.
  • Good database knowledge in SQL Server Database design and SQL Query syntax .
  • Knowledge and experience with installing, configuring, maintaining, tuning, analyzing and optimizing websites in Windows Server Environment
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar qualification.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of Technical Support experience in Web Application development preferably in Homegrown applications/packaged application support/intranet/internet/extranet.
  • Six-sigma trained or certified will be prefered.
  • English active both oral and writtent is a must.
  • Computer software operation literacy.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
