Jobs & Responsibilities:

• To execute the process capability improvement program.
• To control, monitor the process performance metrics such as cpk, SPC, yield and scrap at respective processes.
• Supervise of 3 shift process operator in assisting the production day to day run.
• To conduct assigned PQP projects in order to fulfill the department objective on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work together with production, IE to support productivity improvements.
• Work together with NPI team and production team to support new support new product introductions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering or Mechantronics Engineering, GPA > 2.5 Fresh Graduated are welcome.
• Experience in pressing process, PLC, Microprocessor-Controller, Hi-Vacuum Rotary Equipment would be an advantage.
• Familiar with Finite Elements, CAD are prefered.
• Good knowledge and skills mechanical design for troubleshooting.
• Leading a section of some technicians.
• Able to communicate and interact effectively
• Six-sigma trained or certified will be prefered.
• English active both oral and writtent is a must.
• Computer software operation literacy.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
